Thank You for the wind and rain and sun and pleasant weather. Thank you for this our food and that we are together.
What is a Share?
Throughout
the growing season (June through September) we will supply you with a
weekly box of fresh vegetables, herbs and seasonal bouquets, starting
slowly in spring, but quickly gaining in bounty as we move into summer.
Fall will bring fruit from our orchard and freshly pressed cider directly
from our own press. You and your family will enjoy a healthy diet that
varies with the seasons.
We are growing more than 22 kinds of vegetables, with up to five varieties per vegetable! Not to mention many different herbs, fruits and flowers. Here are some of the highlights for our growing season:
June: Lettuce, Spinach, Snow and Snap Peas, Broccoli, Radishes
July: Beans, Beets, Spinach, Carrots, Cucumbers, Herbs, Summer Squash
August: Sweet Corn, Cantaloupes, Tomatoes, Sweet and Hot Peppers, Garlic, Basil, Onions, Potatoes
September: Tomatoes, Winter Squash, Beans, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Greens, Peppers, Lettuce
Each share includes a weekly newsletter describing what's in the box, and stories of some of the work involved in getting it to you. Recipes will also be included, so you might actually get to love parsnips as much as we do!

Bounty from the garden.
